Making Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards and all transactions are charged in UK pounds. If you are shopping from outside the UK your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency. You may make payments on-line, (or by BACS, telephone or cheque. Please phone for details). We take the security of your payment details very seriously and use Protex dedicated secure payment gateway. No payment will be taken from your card for goods until they are ready to be dispatched. If payment is made by cheque or BACS your goods will not be dispatched until the payment has cleared (usually 3 to 5 working days).
All goods are checked prior to dispatch, however should something slip through the net we will accept returns of faulty or incorrectly sent goods at our expense. This is subject to us being notified within 7 days of your receipt of the goods. Please be aware that raw silk scarves by their very nature have many inconsistencies which are not faults.
We will also accept goods for refund or exchange if you are not happy with them for any reason. The cost of returning the goods is to be paid by the customer and proof of posting is essential. Also the cost of sending out exchange items is to be paid by the customer.
Please provide proof of posting for all returns.
It is not possible to cancel an order after it has been dispatched.

Postage is added to the cost of the goods automatically and is by Royal Mail 1st Class. Should you need insurance please select the Special Delivery option in the payment gateway.
The postage rates given are for the UK mainland. Postage rates to outside the UK will be advised prior to dispatch and payment will not be taken or the goods dispatched before confirmation is received by us that this amount is acceptable to the payee. If you wish to know the postage rates before you place an order please contact us and we will be happy to quote you.
Taxes / VAT
All relevant UK and EU taxes are included in the price. Outside the EU your government may impose other taxes and charges upon you. For more information on your local taxes and duties please contact your own customs authorities.
Privacy Policy
